General conditions of use

THE USER

Any person having access to the Website, regardless of the capacity in which it is accessed (private or professional), the place at which the person is located, the means of connection to the Website, or the purpose and aim of their access to the information published on the Website, is a User of the Website.
The User is informed of the Internet's inherent risks, particularly in terms of:
- security failures during data transmission;
- lack of guarantee of continuous access to the Website or to the different services offered by the Website.

In any event, the Publisher will not be held responsible for these risks and any consequences of them that may be detrimental to any degree for the User.
The User will not be able to cite any difficulty in gaining access to the Website in order to access the information in fraud of these General Conditions of Use.
To be considered, any claims by the User must be addressed to the Publisher, solely by post.

 

AUTHORIZED USES

The Website and the information published within it are reserved:
- for searching for information by use of the Publisher's automated data processing system;
- for uses that are strictly limited to private, non-commercial use by the User and not intended for shared use, whether free or paid.

The creation of links directed exclusively at the Website's home page is tolerated as long as these can only open in a new browser window. In any event, the Publisher reserves the right to revoke this tolerance at any time if it appears to it that the link to the Website is for the purpose of attacking the Website's interests.

The User is legally authorized to carry out short quotations, reviews and reproductions intended for press reviews and other uses expressly authorized by the law and within the limits of the conditions set by this law and under the particular condition of citing the name of the authors and the source of the content.

FRAUDULENT ACTS

Any user who acts in fraud of these General Conditions of Use is at risk of being subject to civil or criminal proceedings, particularly those against attacks on author's rights, similar rights, rights of the producers of the databases, and on automated data processing systems. The User is reminded that the Criminal Code (article 323-1 and subsequent) particularly sanctions:
- fraudulent access and updates to an automated data processing system, - fraudulent deletion, modification or addition of data within this system,
- obstructing this system, by penalties of up to five years imprisonment and a 75,000 euro fine. Criminal proceedings may also be instigated by the Publisher against a User who does not respect these provisions.

The name and its logo have been registered with the French National Institute for Intellectual Property (Institut National de la Propriété Intellectuelle - INPI).
In the absence of express prior authorization, any use of this trademark, or of any other trademarks, whether figurative or not, shown to belong to the Publisher or to third parties, places the User at risk of criminal and civil proceedings.

PERSONAL DATA

In application of modified law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 entitled "IT and Freedoms", all Users have rights of access to, and correction and deletion of data concerning them. These rights can be exercised at any time, solely by post to the following address:
